USE CASES · HOW IT WORKS

    Work is no longer something
    you do.
    It's something that gets done.

Gieni ABX is not a tool you operate. It is an autonomous execution system that takes responsibility for your business outcomes – from intent to finished result, with your approval at every critical step.

Describe the outcome. ABX selects and operates the tools itself.

    4 steps

    Define · Execute · Approve · Deliver

That is the entire workflow. Nothing more is required from you.

    1 question

    What result do you need?

ABX handles everything between your intent and the delivered outcome.

Most AI tools are built around features – you need to learn how to prompt them, which tool to use for which task, and how to act on their output. Gieni ABX is built around outcomes. You describe what you need delivered. The system decides the path, selects the tools, accesses your data, and executes. Your expertise stays on the work that matters – not on operating software.

The gap between knowing and doing is where most business value disappears. A market signal is identified, but nobody has time to turn it into an updated sales brief. A CRM audit is overdue, but data hygiene isn't anyone's priority. ABX closes that gap – not by making you faster at the tasks, but by executing them on your behalf.

    SEE IT IN ACTION

Watch a full execution, start to finish

From a single sentence to a delivered, approved outcome in under 3 minutes.

    WHAT YOU'LL SEE

A user types one sentence. The system connects to Salesforce and external news sources autonomously. A structured briefing is drafted. The user reviews, approves, and the briefing is delivered – without touching a single other tool.

    THE EXECUTION LOOP

Four steps. One outcome. Zero tools to learn.

You don't need to know which connector to use, how to write a workflow, or which model handles which task. You describe the result. The system works out the rest.

    STEP 1

Define – describe the result, not the process

Type what you want delivered. Plain language. No workflow builder, no schema, no prompt engineering. The system doesn't need instructions on how to do the work – only what the finished result looks like.

"Prepare a weekly competitive briefing on our top 5 competitors and send it to my strategy team every Monday."

That single sentence tells the system everything: the task, the scope, the schedule, and the recipient. No follow-up questions. No onboarding wizard. Execution starts immediately.

    • No tool knowledge required – ABX selects and operates the right tools itself
    • No workflow configuration – describe the outcome, not the steps
    • No prompt engineering – natural language is the interface
    • Clickable outcome chips on the command center provide inspiration if needed

    STEP 2

Execute – the system does the work autonomously

ABX connects to your systems, accesses the right data, researches external sources, synthesises findings, and produces a finished output. This entire phase is fully autonomous. No approvals, no interruptions, no manual steps for your team.

This phase operates under Logic 1 – full autonomy for everything that stays within your workspace. Nothing reaches another person, another system, or another inbox until you say so.

    • Connects to CRM, M365, Google Workspace, Slack, or any linked system via MCP
    • Reads and processes relevant data – read-only, no writes at this stage
    • Researches external sources and cross-references intelligence
    • Drafts, structures, and formats the complete finished output
    • Stages the result for your review – nothing leaves yet

LOGIC 1 – WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES AUTONOMOUSLY

ABX reads, analyses, and synthesises. It never writes to an external system, sends a message, or shares anything outside your workspace without your explicit approval. This is not a setting – it is the architecture.

    STEP 3

Approve – one decision at the boundary

The system stops at a single boundary: the moment an action would leave your workspace and reach another person or system. ABX presents the complete staged outcome. You review everything. You decide. One click is all it needs.

"25 personalised emails are staged and ready. Review each one – approve to send, or decline and I'll adjust."

    • Complete outcome visible before any approval is requested
    • Multiple deliverables shown as navigable tabs
    • Approve all or review individually – your choice
    • Every approval decision captured in the audit log with timestamp

LOGIC 2 — WHAT ALWAYS REQUIRES APPROVAL

Send emails · Update CRM records · Book calendar events · Publish externally · Share documents. No exceptions. No overrides. Always.

    STEP 4

Deliver – the work goes exactly where it needs to go

After your approval, ABX executes the delivery. It knows who to send to, which system to update, and in what format – because you defined that in Step 1. No copy-pasting, no manual export, no separate send action required from you.

Delivery is precise and documented. ABX routes the output to the exact recipient list, system, or channel you defined – and the audit log records the complete delivery: what was sent, to whom, at what time, and under whose approval.

"25 personalised emails are staged and ready. Review each one – approve to send, or decline and I'll adjust."

    • Delivery destination defined once at the start – ABX handles routing on approval
    • Multiple destinations supported in a single execution (e.g. Salesforce update + email + Slack notification)
    • Delivery confirmation logged immediately – timestamp, recipient, system, content hash
    • If delivery fails (e.g. API timeout), ABX retries automatically (Pro) or notifies you (Core/Free)

    AFTER DELIVERY

The audit log entry is finalised. ABX shows you a completion summary: what was executed, what was delivered, to whom, and when. A "New execution" prompt appears – the outcome is stored, not the conversation.

    THE GOVERNANCE MODEL

    One question decides everything

The entire governance model is built around a single decision point. Not a configuration panel, not a permission matrix.

    THE GOVERNING QUESTION

Does this action leave the user's own workspace and touch another person?

If the answer is no – you're still buying tools. If yes – it's Gieni ABX. Nothing else in the market even tries to solve this. We're not competing, we're replacing everything.

    A REAL EXAMPLE

From one sentence to a fully delivered outcome

The entire governance model is built around a single decision point. Not a configuration panel, not a permission matrix.

    THE TASK

"Analyse how many Gieni Reports were requested from Salesforce last week. Create a presentation for the team, book a meeting with Richard, Derek and Timur, and send them the presentation in advance."

    LOGIC 1 – AUTONOMOUS

    • Connects to Salesforce and pulls last week's report request data – read only
    • Analyses volume, trends, and patterns. Identifies key findings
    • Generates and formats the team presentation. Staged in workspace
    • Finds email addresses and calendar availability of Richard, Derek, and Timur

    LOGIC 2 – APPROVAL REQUIRED

    • Stops here. Calendar invite affects other people's schedules → approval required
    • Stops here. Sending presentation via email reaches other inboxes → approval required

    DELIVERED

    • Meeting booked
    • Presentation sent
    • Audit log records: approved by T. Göreci at 09:42 UTC, delivered to 3 recipients, calendar event created

    YOUR TOTAL TIME

Under 60 seconds. Review the presentation, confirm two approval prompts, click approve. ABX books the meeting, sends the email, and the audit log closes the execution with a full delivery record.
